Natl Womens Suffrage Monument Fdn logo
In December 2020, the Women's Suffrage National Monument Foundation was authorized by the United States Congress through Public Law 116-217 to establish a commemorative work on federal land in Washington, D.C. to honor the pioneers of the early American movement for women's equality. In partnership with the National Park Service, the Foundation leads the effort to design, develop, and construct the Women's Suffrage National Monument to serve as a lasting legacy of women's fight for full equality.

LABORATORY TO COMBAT HUMAN TRAFFICKING - RECRUITING VOLUNTEERS

The Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking (LCHT) manages the Colorado Human Trafficking Hotline and fields calls and texts primarily through the dedication of a team of 66 Volunteer Hotline Advocates. These individuals are trained to respond to a variety of text/call scenarios and work remotely, taking only the shifts that fit in their schedules. The Hotline and Textline have seen increases in volume in recent years, and in order to meet this higher demand, LCHT will train a new cohort May 14th and 15th in a hybrid format.
