T. DARYL VIGIL
Mr. Vigil is from the Jicarilla Apache Tribe in Dulce, New Mexico. He is the Water Administrator for the Jicarilla Apache Nation. He is also Chairman of Water is Life, a tribal partnership, and is the official spokesman for the Colorado River Ten Tribes Partnership as well as past Chairman of the Colorado River Ten Tribes Partnership.
 
LORELEI CLOUD
Ms. Cloud is a member of the Southern Ute Tribe which is headquartered in Ignacio, Colorado. She has been a council member for the Southern Ute Tribal Council for five years.
 
DR. MICHAEL KOTUTWA
Dr. Michael Kotutwa Johnson belongs to the Hopi Tribe of Northern Arizona. He is an Assistant Specialist in the School of Natural Resources and the Environment and the Indigenous Resiliency Center within the University of Arizona. His Ph.D. in Natural Resources is from the University of Arizona.

JOIN US for a special program on voting rights with nationally known activist Dr. Annie Johnson Benifield, President of the LWV Houston.

The virtual program is 6:00pm on Tuesday, February 21st and will feature a short talk by Benifield on The US Constitution and Voting Rights.

Dr. Benifield is a nationally recognized champion of voting rights.
