Nos Vemos Pronto V2
We are proud to invite you to a screening of Nos Vemos Pronto, a compelling documentary that explores the poignant journeys of Venezuelan immigrants. In a world defined by borders and barriers, this film delves into the stories of individuals who are traveling across continents in search of a better life, driven by the loss of democracy in their own country.

Following the screening, we invite you to join us for a thought provoking panel discussion featuring activists and community leaders.

Seats are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on this fantastic opportunity. Reserve your place now.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

To support LWVCO’s efforts to codify the right to abortion in the Colorado Constitution in partnership with the Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice Coalition (RHRJC), we’re gathering a variety of volunteers who are willing to do what the League does best: mobilize.

The campaign wants 185,000 signatures, and of course signatures are needed from all 35 state senate districts by April. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to codify the right to complete reproductive healthcare for all Coloradans into our state’s constitution.

All volunteers will be required to participate in a short training session.

Planning for the 2030 Census has begun.  The Census Bureau recognizes the knowledge and insights that state, regional and local community leaders bring to connecting with underserved populations. The Census Bureau is inviting those who serve their communities to join them for a virtual convening that most closely aligns with your professional affiliations and interests. These sessions are intended to help them learn from you and provide a forum where you can learn from one other so that together, we can ensure a complete and accurate count in the next census.

The Census Bureau has published “A Roadmap to the 2030 Census: Resource for Community-Based Organizations and Advocacy Groups”
